A Merry Nederveld Christmas

Because of some craziness going on in MI (parents sold their house and had to be out by Dec. 31!), the Nederveld crew headed west to our house again for Christmas. We had a great time celebrating, swimming (at hotel and indoor water park), playing new games and enjoying each other's company. See for yourself...

Super Cousins

Sam got Batman for Christmas...a HUGE Batman!

The girls and dolls in their giant new matching nightgowns -
gifts from Grandma and Papa (made by Aunt Joyce) :)

 Minute-to-Win-It Inspired Christmas Games
First up - get the Christmas Cookie from your forehead to your mouth WITHOUT using your hands!
So HILARIOUS! The girls were naturals. :)

The boys' turn...I hate to say it boys, but the girls were  TON better at this game!

 Go Ellie, Go!

Even Brian knew the trick...

No, Papa isn't sleeping with a cookie on his head...I guess he was contemplating his next move. :)

Next Up - Marshmellow thru the Wreath Toss
The guys took this one...but Stacey and I came in a close 2nd.

The girls were trying to distract the pros. :)

Papa and Grandma with the grandkids...beaming after a blessed time together!

For some reason, this prompted me to take a little walk down memory lane. I just can't believe how quickly these kiddos are growing up! (I don't know why but I couldn't locate Christmas 2008, Sammy's first Christmas...the pictures might be on our other computer, in which case, I'll try to add it later.)
