Last night Hannah and Brian tackled the pumpkin carving with great ease! (not that it's that hard, except when there's a 1 year old getting in the way and Mommy was out getting her hair cut :O) Fun Times!

Tonight the girls donned their ballerina outfits to hit the neighborhood for Trick-or-Treating. Ellie stayed home with me at first, but then when Hannah and Brian walked by, she decided she wanted to join the fun!

Bath Time, etc

Okay, most of these are from a recent bath...but I had to throw one in there from our little walk last night. Ellie is loving her freedom to push/ride her little "bike" and although she's not totally walking on her own yet, I keep thinking it will be any day now. She's just too content, in every way shape and form.

Say Cheese!

We had a fun dinner last night and learned a new trick that Ellie likes to do. If you ask her to smile for the camera, she now sticks her head forward and opens her mouth w/ a huge grin! She did it over and over again last night...it was too funny!

Pumpkin Time

The girls and I went to the little produce place down the road from us to get our pumpkins for the year. I'm not sure why it's so fun to look at pumpkins and pick them out, but I'm so glad it is! We had a great time! Hannah even made friends with one of the pet bunnies!

SHE DID IT!!

Ellie took her first steps tonight!!! She was so proud of herself! Of course it helped that Hannah and I were making such a huge deal about it...laughing and praising her!



This was from the other day when Daddy had the girls and Mommy was at tennis. It cracks me up b/c I think it looks like a mug shot of the two of them together...hmmmm, I hope this isn't a bad sign of things to come!



I tried to get a picture of her standing up by herself, but she WOULD NOT let me take it! Of course it didn't help that Hannah was dragging her all over the room! As soon as she saw the camera, she'd sit down to crawl over...I still got a few good one's and you better believe, I'll keep trying!

Brookfield Zoo

We went to the zoo a couple of weeks ago and had a great time on a hot, fall day! The bear we saw was quite active and really fun to watch (unlike the boring animals that just lay there or hide in their caves!). :O)
