I'm also happy to report that I am healing really well from my surgery! I saw the dr. today and was given a great report...I feel great, although I'm not going to be running any marathons in the near future! Oh wait, I don't do that anyway! :O)
I can understand the Marathon...what about the Arboretum 5K? Is this a good way to cross that off the list? Still trying [barely] to get my rear off the couch and run again. Augh. Not into it!
