Well, we finally had to do it...we had to take down the pool. I guess that means summer is over. Bummer!
Just look at this sad little girl. The only good that comes out of this is that she gets her huge sandbox back...hopefully that will make her happy again!
Clearly Ellie and Sam were not quite as concerned about emptying the pool...some day they will. But right now, they just enjoyed playing in the exiting water!
And no, we didn't empty all of it into our grass like it appears. If we had, we would have had another pool for them to play in!

How sad - summer is over! The kids can always come to our house and swim - they keep it heated and open all winter. It's just a little chilly getting to the pool.
