We decided to paint the nursery and this past Sat. was the perfect day to do it. It was rainy and cold, so we might as well stay inside and get ready for our little guy! Hannah donned one of Brian's t-shirts to help him out. I think she LOVED it because it was like wearing a huge dress! We painted the room a nice, neutral tan color...not the typical baby boy room color of choice...but I think it looks great. Bye-bye yellow!! The crib bumper I got has sailboats on it w/ the reds and blues...the perfect accent on a tan wall. When the room is completely set up, I'll put some pictures here.

Looking good. I like the color! Gerrit's room isn't traditional either - he has 2 walls orange! I love it though, bright and cheery. You are looking good too, how exciting - not much longer! Can't wait to hear the news!
